Interests & achievements outside athletics : Horses - represented Ireland at 3 underage (u18 & u21) European Championships picking up two team silver medals. Also competed at the World Breeding Championships for young horses in 2017.

Events you have competed at : 200m, 400m, 800m, 4x100m relay, 3k, 4k, 5k.

Favourite event : The 100m relay is definitely a thrill.

Least favourite event : Anything over 5k.

Biggest athletics achievement : not a very long list here so hopefully there are more to come. 3rd at the County intermediate road race, 4th county novice road race, 2nd Croghan Chase 4k and picking up a team cross county medal.

Do you hold any records : Definitely not!

Favourite moment of your athletic career : learning to plyo jump hurdles at the RSC in Waterford. Post 5k tea and biscuits is always a pretty special moment too!

Favourite track you have competed on : I didn't actually get to compete on it (see my last answer) but Santry is class.

Least favourite track : Athlone...just because I hate the drive there.

Who has been your inspiration both in athletics & outside athletics : I used to love watching Allyson Felix run. Mick McKeon gave me great encouragement when I first started and still does.

Favourite food : Chocolate

Post training snack : Chocolate milk and a banana

Some unusual facts about yourself : I have a very bad habit for being late for races (and training!) and twice I've been so late I've completed missed my race - the 400m at the National Outdoors in Santry and missed County Cross County in Adamstown!!
