Biggest athletics achievement : Breaking 40 minutes in a 10k

Other athletics achievements : I ran the county novice road race in 2017 in 22 minutes. I came 5th and the 1st man over 40 in the Wexford 10k in 2019

Some unusual facts about yourself : I have a donor cornea in my left eye due to a painful corneal tear which I received in 2015. I am very humble and beyond grateful. I love Star Wars. I have hairy legs but no hair on my knees due to work. I love all things Christmas and still believe in Santa
