Work/School/College : Scientific Adviser in Dept of Housing/Waterpark College/UCD

Married/single/kids : Married to Elisa, 4 kids.

How long have you been a member of Menapians AC : About 3 years.

Interests & achievements outside athletics : CrossFit, changing nappies.

Events you have competed at : Mostly 5k and half marathons.

Favourite event : The first k of a 5k race.

Least favourite event : The remaining 4k.

Biggest athletics achievement : Getting faster as I get older.

Other athletics achievements : Going for a run when I really don’t want to. They’re usually the best.

Do you hold any records : Nope.

Favourite moment of your athletic career : Hitting PBs is always nice.

Favourite track you have competed on : I’ve never even set foot on a track . Does that make me a fraud?

Least favourite track : Who has been your inspiration both in athletics & outside athletics : I find hard work inspiring. When you see people giving everything they have in training or in races it makes me want to work as hard as them. Outside of athletics I find Damien Browne inspirational.

Favourite food/drink : Indian food/.

Post training snack : Corn cake and almond butter.

Some unusual facts about yourself : I was a dancing extra in a Nicholas Cage movie many years ago. Even got to meet the great man .
