How long have u been a member of Menapians AC: nearly 2 years

Interests & Achievements outside athletics: crotchet, knitting, gardening

Biggest achievement: is upping sticks to a new country without knowing language or anyone and making a new life( living a dream)

Events you have completed at: A good few, first one was Ferrycarrig 5mile with the help of my partner Seamus in 2022. And first time for the club Novice race in Ratharogue in 2022.

Favourite event: Ferrycarrig 5mile and Masters athletics Carlow 2023.

Least favourite event: Definitely cross country in Piercestown in December 2022 and Enniscorthy Senior 5k race in 2022.

Biggest athletics achievement: Still working on it, Gaelforce 10km trail run in Kippure

Do you hold any records: Unfortunately No

Favourite moment of your athletics career: Reaching the finish line

Favourite track you have completed on: Probably in Enniscorthy and Carlow IT sports campus.

Least favourite track: Don't have one

Who has been your inspiration both in athletics & outside athletics: In athletics definitely Mary Gaynor

Favourite food/drink: Slow roast brisket with mashed spuds/ Tea(can't live without it), water and Riesling

Post training snack: Sometimes protein drink, but mostly water.
