Biggest athletics achievement : National u23 60m final 2016 finished joint 4th in my current pb 7.20.
Other athletics achievements : Malachy Sheridan Award, WIT Clubs and Socs Award, IUAA Public Relations Officer for 3 years.
Do you hold any records : None of late.
Favourite moment of your athletic career : National Senior 4x100 Gold In 2013 (The famous Upton shoulder)
Favourite track you have competed on : Indoors Athlone and Outdoors Oordegem
Least favourite track : Indoors Manchester / Outdoors CIT
Who has been your inspiration both in athletics & outside athletics : In Athletics Paul Hession, Outside would be The Kilkenny Hurling Team (Jimmy loves the GAA)
Favourite food/drink : A dinky takeaway burger and a 99 by the sea wall #perfect
Post training snack : Protein drink and banana
Some unusual facts about yourself: Mick, Laura, Conor (Checking my knees) and Jimmy (Pacer) can officially get me to run 500m, I only like ham and pineapple on my pizza and I have only drove to work with Mollys car seat in my car 3*** times on Clodagh.
