Interests and achievements outside athletics : grade 8 piano and violin, play viola in County Wexford Youth Orchestra, reading, baking, yoga, fluent German, annoying Nelly the cat

Events you have competed at: European Youth Olympics, Schools Internationals (XC and track), Celtic Games, Leinster’s, Nationals, counties, etc, etc

Favourite event: undecided, XC, steeple chase or 1500

Least favourite event: javelin or shot putt

Biggest athletics achievement: competing for Ireland in the Europeans in Azerbaijan

Other athletics achievements : won a few nationals and Leinster’s in cross country and on the track and have a national age group record from last year

Do you hold any records : yes^^ national u17 2000m steeplechase

Favourite moment of your athletics career: winning my first winter league race as an u11 600m around the pitch in Taghmon ! Or wearing the snorkel to youth nations cup international , that was fun

Favourite track you have competed on: Morton Stadium

Least favourite track: Enniscorthy

Who has been your greatest inspiration inside athletics and outside : inside - Laura Muir, outside - either Stephen Hawking or Greta Thunberg

Favourite food/drink: food - scones, drink - tea

Post training snack : depends, usually carrots and almonds

Some unusual facts about yourself : I’m left handed and had my eye taken out when I was younger
