Events you have competed at : 100m 200m back in the day, these days 400m 800m 1500m 3k 5k

Favourite event : 800m

Least favourite event : anything over 5k

Biggest athletics achievement : leinster indoors 800m bronze.

Other athletics achievements : Reaching finals in Mosney community games every year from u10 to u16 both cross country and track.

Do you hold any records : Nope

Favourite moment of your athletic career : All the weekends spent in Mosney at the community games. Those were the best days

Favourite track you have competed on : Outdoors – Santry, Indoors - Athlone

Least favourite track: Templemore

Who has been your inspiration both in athletics and outside athletics : My inspiration in athletics would be Sonia O'sullivan and Ciara Mageean and outside athletics would be Davy Fitzgerald

Favourite food/drink : my favourite food would have to be lasagne and Katie Dalys House Pasta and my favourite drink is Coffee

Post training snack : After training i usually have some milk and a Banana

Some unusual facts about yourself : I have been doing athletics from 9 years old with Gorey AC but took a few years off. I have a 200m leinster schools medal from when i was in 5th year in school and competed in all irelands in 4 x 100m relays.
