Congratulations to Tony Harpur and Paul Harpur who had great runs on Friday at the Slaney Olympic Athletic Club Summer League.
An impressive run by Tony saw him finish in 2nd place overall.
Pink Rock 10k
Not too far to travel on a Sunday morning this week as 6 of our gang headed to New Ross for the Pink Rock 10k.
A well organised race on a quiet course which runners of all abilities seem to enjoy. Well done to St Joseph's County Kilkenny on hosting their race which doubles as the County Race for Kilkenny.
